- Optimization of material formulation


    - Selection of high-quality base materials: Liaoning Muhan strictly selects high-purity aluminum alloy and high-performance plastics as the base materials in the production of aluminum-plastic co-extruded profiles. High-purity aluminum alloy has better strength and corrosion resistance, while high-performance plastics have good toughness, weatherability and anti-aging properties, laying the foundation for the durability of the profiles.


    - Adding functional additives: In the plastic formula, add appropriate amount of UV absorbers, antioxidants, heat stabilizers and other functional additives. Ultraviolet absorber can effectively absorb the ultraviolet rays of the sun, preventing the plastic from degradation and aging due to ultraviolet radiation; antioxidant can inhibit the oxidation reaction of the plastic in the long-term use of the process, to extend its service life; heat stabilizers can improve the thermal stability of the plastic in the processing and use of the process, to prevent the performance of the decline due to temperature changes.


- Improvement of production process


    - Optimization of co-extrusion process: Advanced co-extrusion process is adopted to achieve close bonding between aluminum alloy and plastic layer, forming a solid interface. Through precise control of temperature, pressure and extrusion speed and other parameters in the co-extrusion process, to ensure that the two materials can be uniformly and stably fused together, to avoid the phenomenon of delamination or poor bonding, so as to improve the overall structural strength and durability of the profile.


    - Surface treatment technology: the surface of aluminum-plastic co-extruded profiles for special treatment, such as the use of fluorocarbon spraying or powder coating process. - Raw material quality inspection

    - Factory inspection system: When the raw materials are imported into the factory, strict inspection will be carried out. For aluminum alloy materials, its chemical composition, mechanical properties, dimensional accuracy and other indicators will be tested; for plastic raw materials, its melt index, density, tensile strength and other performance parameters will be checked. Only qualified raw materials can be put into production to ensure the quality of products from the source.


- Production process quality control


    - Online inspection and monitoring: In the production process, advanced online inspection equipment and monitoring system are adopted to monitor the production process of profiles in real time. For example, the wall thickness of profiles is measured online by laser thickness gauge to ensure that the wall thickness of profiles is uniform and meets the standard requirements; the quality control system is utilized for real-time monitoring and adjustment of temperature, pressure and other parameters in the process of co-extrusion to ensure the stability of the production process and the consistency of product quality.


    - Setting of quality inspection points: multiple quality inspection points are set up in the production line to conduct regular sampling inspection of profiles. - Finished product quality inspection and certification


    - Strict finished product inspection: After the production of products is completed, a comprehensive finished product inspection will be carried out. In accordance with national standards and internal standards, the profiles are strictly tested for various performances, including durability test, anti-aging test, sealing performance test, sound insulation performance test and so on. Only products with all performance indexes meeting the requirements can be judged as qualified products and allowed to leave the factory.


    - Third-party certification: actively seek third-party certification of authoritative organizations, such as ISO quality management system certification, door and window profiles related industry certification.
